Service Technician•Kenilworth at Charles | Towson, MD Role Overview As a Service Technician , you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 301 apartment-homes. Hourly rate + $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on + medical/dental/vision/401k with company match + quarterly bonus + on-call appreciation bonus + paid training + fun events Most Important Responsibilities Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship. Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise. Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service. Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day. Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur. Most Important Qualifications Recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance preferred, student housing exp a plus For the month of August and during other high turn seasons, must be willing to work 7a-7p as needed•with no vacation time permitted during August. EPA certification strongly preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical Must be willing to participate in the on-call emergency rotation Vehicle, driver's license, basic tools We've been Certified a Top Workplace nationally for several years in a row recently and a Top Management Company nationwide.
