Service Technician

Reynolds Motorsports is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing service department. This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs Perform routine maintenance including services, inspections, and set-ups Complete engine, drivetrain, electrical, suspension, and brake repairs Accurately document work performed and communicate repair needs clearly Maintain productivity, quality standards, and flat-rate efficiency goals Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with service advisors and parts department Qualifications 2+ years of powersports or relevant mechanical experience preferred Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided) Pay & Benefits $25-$31 per hour , based on experience and skill level Stable, year-round employment Modern, well-equipped service facility Opportunity for growth and advancement Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and vehicles Supportive management and team environment Why Reynolds Motorsports? Pay:

$24.50 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
