Maintenance Technician -

Hands-on Industrial Repair & Fabrication Role Pay Rate:

$25-30+, based on experience

Schedule:

1st Shift | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Assignment Length:

Temp-to-Hire Our client in Thomaston is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support their industrial operations. This is a great opportunity to secure a competitive pay rate of $25-30+, based on experience with a Temp-to-Hire pathway on a steady first-shift schedule. This is a hands-on maintenance role working with older industrial equipment—ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, fabricating parts, and keeping machinery running safely and efficiently. Typical daily duties:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance Perform basic welding and fabrication using shop tools Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimize downtime What we're looking for: Millwright, mechanic, or fabrication experience (or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to be trained) Experience in industrial maintenance and machinery repair Ability to fabricate parts using basic shop tools Textile equipment experience is a plus, but not required To be considered for this Maintenance Technician opening in Thomaston, please contact us using any of the methods below.
