Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment (tractors) and systems to identify potential issues early. Diagnose technical/Mechanical/Electrical problems accurately using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques. Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality efficiently. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections thoroughly in our tracking systems. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Assist in installing new equipment or upgrades, ensuring proper setup and calibration. Qualifications Proven experience in technical maintenance, repair, or related fields is preferred. Electrical Experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues quickly. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively document work and collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards. Relevant certifications or training in technical trades are a plus but not mandatory. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
