A2 Phone Repair is a locally trusted electronics repair shop serving the community for over 10 years. We specialize in fast, reliable repairs and pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality customer experience every time. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with technology and helping people.
Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll diagnose issues, repair devices, and guide customers through solutions. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow in the tech repair industry.
What You'll Do:
Talk with customers to understand issues and recommend solutions Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Explain repair options, timelines, and outcomes in a clear, professional way Recommend additional services or accessories when appropriate Keep track of parts, tools, and incoming inventory Stay up to date with new devices, repair techniques, and tools Work closely with team members in a fast-paced retail environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Previous experience in electronics repair, retail, or customer service (preferred) Comfortable working on a variety of devices (phones, tablets, etc.) Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability Soldering experience is a plus, but not required Able to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business Availability to work weekends Able to lift up to 40 lbs
