Job Description

Machine Service Technician - Auburn Hills At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Service Technician to work with a leading company in the plastic injection molding industry in Auburn Hills. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining complex hot runner systems and related components at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Shift patterns:
1st shift: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm 2nd shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Average of 8 to 10 hours per day 5 to 15 hours of overtime available per week Saturday work as needed Pay rates: 30.00 - 33.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for
Machine Service Technician:
Experience in plastic injection molding Proficiency in machine processing and troubleshooting Experience replacing injector pins Ability to read micrometers and calipers Background in mold setting and basic machine maintenance Desirable requirements for

Experience repairing DME and Husky hot runner systems Role for
Machine Service Technician:
Troubleshoot processing issues related to hot runner systems, including manifolds, bushings, and valve gate systems. Assess components to determine necessary repairs and perform equipment testing. Make technical adjustments and verify performance with customers. Provide emergency service support on a rotating weekend on-call schedule. Perform local field service visits using a company vehicle.
