Service Technician - Windows & Doors

Are you customer service oriented, mechanically inclined, and detail oriented? Pella Windows and Doors by Horne, an industry leading company for over 60 years is looking for a highly motivated, problem solving Service Technician to join our team. Our Service Technicians diagnose and repair Pella Windows and Doors in our customers' homes. This role is idea for someone who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude A steady and analytical worker who constantly does the right thing Prior window and door repair experience A mechanical aptitude and previous in-home field experience Someone who is responsible, reliable and attentive to detail A clean driving record
