Job Description

Position Overview As a Service Technician, you are the face of Riveer. This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role installing and servicing custom wash water, water processing, and environmentally compliant systems used in commercial, industrial, and governmental applications. Travel is required up to 90% of the time. You will work independently at customer sites installing new systems, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing components, and resolving issues in real time. This is a full-time position, paid weekly. Responsibilities Travel (up to 90%) to customer sites Install, service, and/or repair wash and water recovery systems Perform troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions to equipment-related problems. Maintain detailed service documentation Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working in various environments. Represent Riveer in a positive manner. Complete training during non-travel periods Qualifications 2+ years in field service, industrial installation, or system commissioning Proven experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics Ability to travel extensively (up to 90% of the time) Ability to work overtime Dependable with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset Ability to pass a background check (required for military site access) Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks Ability to communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner What We Offer Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Riveer pays 75% of premium Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays This job description contains information about the key responsibilities of this position.
