Electrical Service Technician

White Light Electric is growing, and we are looking for a Service Technician to lead and support our service call division. This role is ideal for an electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working directly with customers. You will be responsible for handling service calls for commercial and industrial clients while also supporting our field crews on projects during slower periods. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can operate independently while representing White Light Electric in the field. What You'll Do Respond to and complete commercial electrical service calls Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Perform repairs, maintenance, and small electrical installations Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service Document work performed and coordinate with the office team Maintain service vehicle, tools, and materials Assist on commercial and industrial projects during downtime Ensure all work meets White Light Electric safety and quality standards What We're Looking For Commercial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls Strong communication and professionalism with customers Clean, organized, and detail-oriented work habits A safety-first mindset Journeyman license preferred but not required Our Mission Develop People.
