Job Description

Summary:
The Service Technician will need to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul compact and agricultural equipment.
Essential Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and agricultural equipment Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components Interface positively with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, vendors, and customers Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion Meet certification requirements Meet and maintain efficiency labor goals Knowledge, Education and/or
Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) Technical degree or certification is a plus
Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills MS Outlook skills Diagnostic tools skills On-line parts catalog experience
Abilities:
Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs Use computers for web-based training and work order system Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional confident relationship with the customer Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude Possess a clean driving record
Working Conditions:
Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside) Moderate exposure to moving objects and mechanical parts Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes Moderate noise level
