If you have experience with flat roof repairs (TPO and EPDM) as well as asphalt shingle repair experience, we have a great opportunity with a great team and amazing benefits. In this role you'll work on our in-house crew to repair flat roofs and shingle roofs. The majority of our projects are located in Columbia or within 30 minutes of Columbia. Job Requirements At least 2 years of successful, measurable experience in roof repair (TPO, EPDM, Asphalt Shingles) Understands safety requirements when working on roofs. Able to do quality work and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship. Responsible and reliable to show up on time and put in a good day's work. Experience installing various types of roofing products. Able to work typical hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed Job Benefits 10 paid personal days your first year, 15 personal days years 2 thru 5, and up from there Paid Holidays Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401k plan with Company Match Company Logo Apparel Compensation Options $28 to $32 an hour based on experience. After 90 days can move to piece rate to make more. Hours 40 hours a week, typically Monday thru Friday. Occasional weekends required in busy season or for particular jobs.
