This role is responsible for servicing, adjusting, repairing, and troubleshooting custom cabinetry in residential settings. The ideal candidate has hands-on cabinet installation or service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while representing our company in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform service calls for custom cabinetry, including adjustments, repairs, touch-ups, and warranty work. Diagnose and resolve issues related to cabinet installation, functionality, hardware, and finish quality. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, designers, and project managers. Inspect completed projects and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Install or replace cabinet hardware, doors, drawer fronts, moldings, and related components as needed. Document service work, materials used, and customer interactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at customer locations. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles. Coordinate with office staff and production teams regarding service schedules and project requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of experience working with cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, cabinet installation, or cabinet service. Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods, hardware, and installation practices. Ability to diagnose and resolve cabinet-related issues independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read shop drawings, plans, and specifications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Preferred Experience with high-end custom cabinetry. Finish repair or touch-up experience. Knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment. Construction or finish carpentry background. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Self-motivated and dependable. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team. Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
