In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of mobile devices and gaming consoles, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your hands-on skills and troubleshooting proficiency will help customers get back to enjoying their favorite devices quickly and confidently. Duties Perform detailed hardware diagnostics and repairs on smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other consumer electronics using schematics and technical manuals Conduct software troubleshooting for operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve issues related to system errors, updates, or malfunctions Utilize hand tools and electrical soldering techniques to replace screens, batteries, circuit boards, and other components with precision Maintain equipment by performing hardware maintenance, calibration, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance during repairs Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile devices and desktop computers, including printer and copier repair when necessary Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience Document repair procedures accurately in service logs and communicate technical findings effectively to team members Experience Proven experience in consumer electronics repair with a focus on mobile phones, smartphones (troubleshooting support), gaming consoles, or laptops Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows along with software troubleshooting skills Familiarity with hardware diagnostics tools, schematics reading, electrical soldering (including electrical soldering techniques), and component replacement Hands-on experience with desktop computer repair and general IT support is highly desirable Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions in a field service or retail environment Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to technical support This role is ideal for motivated technicians eager to apply their technical proficiency in a vibrant setting that celebrates innovation. Pay:
