• JOB SUMMARY

  Openwork is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test computer and server systems. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on hardware experience and a strong technical background.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and repair computer and server systems
• Install software and evaluate system reliability, compatibility, and functionality
• Build, test, and troubleshoot new products
• Perform benchmarking and document results for new products
• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards

• REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electronics or computer industry
• Experience assembling computer systems
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• EDUCATION

  (PREFERRED):
• Associate degree in a related field
• College certificate in a related field
• CompTIA A+ certification
