This position performs a variety of installation and service tasks daily while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain inventory of all installed products Install and service all punch-out related products with quality standards and customer satisfaction guidelines Install all products according to manufacturer specifications and applicable local building codes Maintain knowledge of building codes pertaining to the installation of garage doors and other products Perform loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of company vehicles and equipment Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including stocking materials, inventory counts, and unloading deliveries. Complete all required paperwork, including: Time worked Materials loaded onto trucks Materials used during installations Materials returned to inventory Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in accordance with safety and administrative policies Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license

Experience using basic hand tools Ability to work on ladders and at heights without fear Basic construction knowledge General knowledge of building trades and installation practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work inside/outside in extreme heat and cold temperatures Able to work with fiberglass insulation material, foam, and caulking products Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
