What We Offer $25-$28/hour based on experience, plus bonus opportunities Full benefits package including medical, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off 10 paid holidays 3 weeks PTO Company truck (for qualified technicians) All tools and safety equipment provided Paid training and clear advancement opportunities — many of our leaders started in the field What You'll Be Doing Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, dock levelers, motors, and control systems Diagnose issues on-site and complete repairs efficiently Operate lifts, forklifts, and power tools safely Work independently in the field and alongside a skilled team What We're Looking For Mechanical or technical background (commercial doors/docks) Comfortable using hand and power tools Dependable, safety-focused, and professional with customers Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs Valid driver's license and clean driving record
