If you have mobile device repair experience let's talk!! We are the nations largest mobile device repair brand CPR. We need the right people to join our team and grow with us. We are seeking a device repair technician with experience to join our team! You will be responsible for handling customers valued personal mobile tech. Pay depends on skill level and as you reach top tier repair skills you will qualify for our monthly bonus as well as your hourly wage. Not only will you learn a very valuable skill, you will also attain Apple certifications as well as WISE and Samsung certifications to add to your professional portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot and repair mobile devices Respect customers private information and follow company rules to never snoop through customer's data. Efficiently handle workflow Update repair status and notate tickets Maintain a clean and organized work space Resolve basic software issues IT experience is a plus Able to work weekends (we rotate weekends. Currently closed Sundays, but may / may not add Sundays in the future)
Qualifications:
Works well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary Previous experience in wireless is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot devices Attitude, Attitude, Attitude! We want someone that has a great attitude and can train on everything else! "Attitude determines Altitude!!"
