We're looking for a motivated Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team! In this dual role, you'll be the friendly face of our store—welcoming customers, answering phones, and managing intake—while also learning the ins and outs of repairing smartphones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices.

Exciting Growth Potential:
Opportunity to work in a brand-new store location and play a key role in building and growing its success. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers, check in devices, and answer incoming phone inquiries. Clearly explain repair processes and costs with patience and care. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront and workspace. Drive store sales by recommending appropriate products, protection plans, and services.
