Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers, check in devices, and answer incoming phone inquiries. Clearly explain repair processes and costs with patience and care. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront and workspace. Drive store sales by recommending appropriate products, protection plans, and services.
