We are NOT looking for someone who only specializes in one trade. We are looking for an all-around technician who is comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing a wide range of commercial maintenance and repair work independently.

Typical work includes:

Plumbing and drain repairs PVC work Electrical troubleshooting Drywall / FRP / tile repairs Door and hardware repairs Fixture installation General commercial maintenance and repair work Emergency and after-hours service calls Ideal candidates: Can work independently with minimal supervision Are strong troubleshooters and problem-solvers Have experience across multiple trades Are comfortable traveling throughout NC/SC Have their own basic tools/equipment Can communicate professionally with clients and management This is a regional field position. Some days may involve travel to Asheville, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Columbia, and surrounding areas depending on workload.

Compensation:

$28-$38/hour depending on experience Travel compensation provided for regional work Job-related reimbursements provided with receipts

Requirements:
