Job Description

Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on RTUs, chillers, boilers, and split systems.
Troubleshooting:
Use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and pressure gauges to identify electrical and mechanical failures.
Installation:
Set up new HVAC/R units, including ductwork, piping, and wiring, according to blueprints and technical specifications.
Compliance:
Handle and recover refrigerants in accordance with EPA Section 608 regulations.
Customer Service:
Communicate technical issues and repair options clearly to facility managers and business owners.
Documentation:
