Job Description

Lease Up Service Technician I | Windsor Charlotte, University Area - Charlotte, NC For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service. Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management.
Compensation:
Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly :
Starting at $17.22- $21.53 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Benefits :
Enjoy a 40% housing discount (pending standard credit and background approval for all occupants), with the opportunity to increase to 50% after just two years of employment with us!
Annual PTO including:
1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave after completing one year of employment, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days. Your Skills :
Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms) Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools Support the company's values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas
Requirements :
