This temporary, part time position offers a great opportunity for individuals with electrical, maintenance, construction, or apartment maintenance experience. Project Overview The selected candidate will inspect electrical outlets and light switches throughout the community to verify proper pigtail installations and complete corrective repairs as needed. Accurate documentation and photo reporting are essential components of this project. Key Responsibilities Inspect all outlets and light switches in assigned apartment homes Verify proper pigtail installation and install compliant pigtails when needed Safely disconnect and restore power while performing work Prioritize vacant apartments, newly vacated units, and occupied homes as scheduled Document inspections and repairs with before and after photos using Site Audit Pro Complete daily reports and update project tracking logs Maintain accurate records for each apartment inspected Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Prior electrical, maintenance, construction, or apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic understanding of residential electrical systems Ability to safely use electrical testing tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment as needed Schedule Part Time Position Temporary Project Assignment (Approximately 3 to 4 Months) Flexible scheduling available based on project needs
