If you enjoy working with complex systems like fine-pitch components, displays, and microelectronics and want to be part of a high performing team in the aerospace industry, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems and aerospace electronic components Diagnose issues using tools such as multimeters and other electronic test equipment Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform hands-on repairs including micro-soldering, component-level repair, and display/screen assemblies Repair and rework flex cables, ribbon connections, and delicate electronic components Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Experience in electronics repair, avionics, or a related technical field Strong soldering skills, including fine-pitch or micro-soldering Experience working with small components, connectors, or ribbon/flex cables Comfortable using multimeters and diagnostic tools Experience repairing consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or similar devices) Background in screen/display repair or replacement Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical illustrations Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Team-oriented with good communication skills
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
