Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cell Phone Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional mobile device support and repair services. In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of smartphones and tablets, ensuring customers receive fast, reliable solutions. Your expertise will help keep our customers connected and satisfied, while you develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms. Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, camera fixes, and soldering of small components. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex equipment problems accurately. Conduct software troubleshooting for operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve performance issues. Use hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mobile devices with precision. Provide technical support to customers in retail settings or on-site field service visits, explaining repair processes clearly. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic steps taken for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience working with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets; familiarity with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems is highly desirable. Strong soldering skills for repairing small electronic components on circuit boards. Knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to troubleshoot related issues. Experience using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions. Ability to handle various hand tools safely and effectively during repairs. Excellent communication skills to provide clear technical support to customers or team members. Prior experience in field service or retail sales involving electronic device repairs is a plus.
