The Repair Technician (Debug) plays a key role in ensuring devices meet quality and performance standards by accurately identifying issues, performing hands-on repairs, and achieving first-time fix results. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose hardware and software issues on personal computers with accuracy and attention to detailPerform hands-on PC repairs and functional testing to ensure quality standards are metVerify repairs and ensure first-time fix before releasing units back to productionDocument findings, repairs performed, and outcomes according to established proceduresWork efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standardsSupport operations outside of the repair station as needed to meet business demandsFollow detailed work instructions and repair proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors, Leads, or Management Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious PC repair or hardware troubleshooting experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work a flexible schedule and adapt to shifting prioritiesComfortable supporting multiple areas beyond the repair stationBasic computer skills and ability to accurately document work.
