$16.75Candidates must be 18+ years old and be proficient in EnglishPlease submit for interviewThe repair technician is responsible for the repair and service of personal computers. Accurate diagnosis of issues and first time fix are key to meeting the customers service level. PC repair experience required, working in a fast paced environment and willing to work a flexible schedule is a must along with work in areas outside of the repair station. Please contact us for more information. SummaryThis role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and testing personal computers in a fast-paced production environment. The Repair Technician (Debug) plays a key role in ensuring devices meet quality and performance standards by accurately identifying issues, performing hands-on repairs, and achieving first-time fix results. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose hardware and software issues on personal computers with accuracy and attention to detail Perform hands-on PC repairs and functional testing to ensure quality standards are met Verify repairs and ensure first-time fix before releasing units back to production Document findings, repairs performed, and outcomes according to established procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards Support operations outside of the repair station as needed to meet business demands Follow detailed work instructions and repair procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors, Leads, or Management Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious PC repair or hardware troubleshooting experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule and adapt to shifting priorities Comfortable supporting multiple areas beyond the repair station Basic computer skills and ability to accurately document work.
