Job Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems Perform routine preventative maintenance according to service schedules Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed Communicate with clients to explain findings, recommend solutions, and provide estimates Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition Respond to emergency service requests as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred EPA Section 608 Certification required 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Must be able to pass an MVR check). Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC components, including compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces TA Woods LLC. is a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing, Commercial Design/Build, Construction, and Service company located in Wilmington, NC.
