We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and consumer electronics. Your technical proficiency will ensure that customers receive exceptional service while your expertise helps uphold our reputation for quality repairs. Cell Phone Repair Technician:
Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, soldering, and component replacements using hand tools and schematics. Conduct hardware diagnostics on desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment to identify faults. Provide technical troubleshooting support for operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows across different devices. Maintain detailed repair records and follow safety procedures during equipment maintenance and electrical soldering tasks. Offer excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and providing technical support for smartphone troubleshooting. Assist in inventory management of parts and tools necessary for efficient repair operations.What we are looking for:
Proven experience in mobile device repair with knowledge of consumer electronics repair techniques. Strong understanding of operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, soldering (including electrical soldering), and schematic reading. Familiarity with desktop computer repair, printer and copier repair, and general equipment maintenance. Excellent analysis skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues effectively. Prior experience in IT support or technical support roles is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in field service environments or retail settings while maintaining high standards of customer service.Pay:
