Job Description
Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on both customer-owned and rental equipment Conduct equipment inspections, documenting and reporting any damage found Perform routine maintenance on the rental fleet to keep units running at full capacity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay at all times Coordinate with the manager on parts ordering and job status updates Keep all shop equipment in safe, working condition Flag any additional repair needs as they're discovered Stay on top of deadlines and alert leadership early if scheduling conflicts arise Bring a positive attitude and work well as part of a team Take on additional tasks as needed Training Provided You'll receive hands-on training specific to our equipment, giving you what you need to do the job well. Qualifications Demonstrated background as a Service Technician Solid mechanical skills Familiarity with 100hp gas engines Must bring your own tools Good communication abilities Electrical knowledge a plus, but not required Willingness to travel as needed within a 150-mile radius
