Service Technician

Formax is currently hiring a full-time Service Technician based in Dover, NH. This role involves providing technical support via phone/email/video to our resellers for a select group of Formax brand equipment. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for candidates who possess the basic skill set listed below. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to resellers regarding Formax brand equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues over the phone. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Independently manage and prioritize service requests and support tickets. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel to client sites at least once per quarter for equipment installation and training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mechanical and electrical experience is required. Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proven customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits (valid driver's license required). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications, remote assistance applications…etc..
