Job Description

Schleuniger Inc (US) We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our service team. Service Technician- Manchester, NH As a Service Technician, you will provide technical support for Schleuniger products to meet customer expectations for troubleshooting (electronic, mechanical, and software), service, and support, resulting in high customer satisfaction. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Manchester, NH, location.
Main Responsibilities:
Diagnoses and repairs all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment. Reviews and prepares parts and equipment for return to stock condition. Provides technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives. Travel as needed to perform services at customer locations and vendors for training (~ 25%). Works to support other departments as required, such as preparation for trade shows, and wire sample processing. Data entry to process purchase orders, machine maintenance, service notes/reports, and shipping information. Quoting Preventative Maintenance agreements and Field Service. Assists in machine maintenance training for our customers, sales representatives, and new employee orientation. Handles and monitors support cases in Salesforce. What you bring to the table: Two-year degree in a technical discipline and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude. Must have excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy with MS Office Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to qualify for, use, and maintain a corporate or personal credit card for business expenses. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport required. Ability to hear, see, and talk. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. alone and 100 lbs. with assistance. Prolonged sitting or standing may be required. Sometimes may work beyond the typically scheduled hours.
