Job Description

Service Technician (C Tech) - McGuire Cadillac Our dealership has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly motivated Automotive Technician C. The C-Level Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, prep new cars for delivery, basic repairs, and inspections while working under the guidance of senior technicians as needed. This position plays an important role in delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and filter replacements. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to the service advisor. Perform basic brake, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs. Mount, balance, and repair tires. Replace batteries, belts, hoses, wiper blades, and other wear items. Assist senior technicians with more advanced diagnostic and repair work. Maintain accurate repair orders and document work performed. Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools. Adhere to all safety policies and environmental regulations. Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and skills. Ability to perform routine maintenance and entry-level repair work. Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a technical or vocational automotive program preferred. One year of automotive service experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Apply Today!
