As a liaison between technicians and guests, your job responsibilities include monitoring the progress of each vehicle, making repair recommendations, and ensuring guest communication. Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer's perceived needs Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures. Requirements Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
