Position Summary The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing slot machines and related gaming equipment throughout JETT Gaming's assigned slot route. This position performs routine inspections, service calls, equipment installations and removals, system maintenance, and customer support while ensuring all work is completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install, remove, convert, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and related gaming equipment. Set up, maintain, and service CVTs, safes, PT systems, progressive systems, ATMs, and other gaming-related equipment. Install, terminate, test, and maintain Cat5e, Cat6a, and fiber-optic cabling. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service calls as assigned. Accurately document installations, repairs, conversions, service activities, and cash transactions, including hand pay and jackpots. Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers and team members. Educate customers and clients on JETT Gaming equipment, systems, and proper operating procedures. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained. Operate a company vehicle safely while servicing an assigned slot route. Respond promptly and professionally to customer service requests and technical issues. Work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable gaming regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience preferred; cash-handling experience is a plus. Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean DMV record. Ability to obtain and maintain required Gaming Registration through the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces as required. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests and priorities. We are willing to train the right candidate who meets the basic qualifications and demonstrates a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
