Real, hands-on bike repair and maintenance experience, professional or extensive personal experience Comfortable explaining and demonstrating technical skills to beginners Available full-time for the duration of the project, this is not a drop-in hourly gig Comfortable working outdoors and being recorded on camera for extended sessions Comfortable teaching interactively, meaning correcting students in real time, asking and answering questions, and letting students physically do the work themselves rather than just demonstrating Nice to have: Experience running a bike shop or repair service Experience creating instructional content or curriculum What you'll do: Help put together teaching materials covering common bike repair and maintenance skills, we'll walk you through exactly what's needed once you're on board Teach real, hands-on sessions to a small group ( 3-5 people at a time), about an hour each, over multiple sessions Review some quiz-style content for accuracy before it's finalizedTraining Space:
We'll need some outdoor space to run the sessions. This isn't a dealbreaker either way, if you have access to your own shop or a suitable outdoor area, we'd cover the rental cost. If not, we will help figure out a location together, so feel free to share any suggestions you might havePay:
