(Training Provided - Office/Field Mix) Responsibilities Repair and maintain printers at the office and on client sites to ensure equipment functionality Assist walk-in customers by providing clear and helpful printer support Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with printing equipment to minimize downtime Manage service requests promptly to meet client and office needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Own transport to travel to client sites when required Positive attitude and good communication skills to effectively assist customers No prior experience needed; willingness to learn through comprehensive training
