Late March•Late December Job Description All Seasons Services is looking for a skilled Outdoor Service Technician to assist with a variety of residential property maintenance services throughout Suffolk County. This position helps complete a wide range of services including landscaping projects, pressure washing, gutter cleaning. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors while maintaining high-quality standards on every job. Responsibilities Assist with landscaping projects including cleanups, mulch installs, planting, and hedge trimming Perform pressure washing services for homes, patios, walkways, and other surfaces Assist with residential gutter cleaning and ladder work Help complete general property maintenance projects Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain a clean and organized work trailer and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of landscaping or pressure washing experience Ability to safely work with ladders and perform gutter cleaning Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly in English Reliable transportation to and from work This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience with landscaping or pressure washing work is required.
