full-time Company Description Elite Motorsports is a performance and service shop specializing in European vehicles, including Audi, VW, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Mercedes, and BMW. The team manages every phase of vehicle service and development, from diagnostics and routine maintenance to custom engine and turbo builds, as well as software tuning for performance needs. Established in 2007 and located in the heart of Suffolk County, Long Island, the company is known for high-quality workmanship and personal service. Customer satisfaction is a core focus, and long-term client loyalty reflects the consistent quality of work and attention to detail. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Amityville, NY. The Technician will perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on European vehicles, following established processes and manufacturer guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, completing approved repairs, and documenting work performed in a clear, accurate manner. The role involves working closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure vehicles meet or exceed client expectations and predefined specifications. The Technician will also help maintain a clean, safe workspace and use shop equipment and tools responsibly. Qualifications Strong skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and routine maintenance on European and performance vehicles. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation. Experience using diagnostic tools, shop equipment, and specialized performance tuning software is beneficial. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise workmanship. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining work performed to service staff. Ability to work safely, follow shop procedures, and maintain an organized work area. Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic; performance or European vehicle experience is a plus. Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE or manufacturer-specific) preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
