You'll play a key role in keeping concession equipment running smoothly by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment for customers throughout Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Watertown, and Chautauqua. Those with this experience or a maintenance tech who has worked on plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical work will be considered. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running reliably and catch small issues before they become bigger problems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure seamless operation. Install and remove equipment at customer locations as accounts open, close or change. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a "WOW" experience for customers. Document service calls, parts used, and time on-site accurately for scheduling and billing. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and uphold safety standards EPA refrigeration certification (a plus but not required). Strong mechanical aptitude with light electrical skills (training provided for specialized equipment). Basic plumbing skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. A clean NYS driver's license. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer proficiency. Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently. #BUS1
