Previous similar repair experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work as a part of a team
Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people
Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to learn new repair tasks quickly
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output
Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times
Good reading and math skills
Basic computer skills
Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment Duties and Responsibilities Repair lottery terminal components, both vending and retailer terminals, returned on RMAs
Verify repair work by testing each component to ensure it is fully operational
Document repair work completed on each component, both on the completed RMA form and for internal Repair Data Base
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation
Notify manager when parts need replenished
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meet daily repair goals
Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as demands increase/decrease Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility Security Requirements Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment.
