The hourly/daily rate listed by Indeed is a placeholder. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role paid on a flat-rate, per-job basis. EverSafe Chimney Repair LLC is onboarding skilled Independent Contractors (1099) for residential chimney repair, masonry, and flue restoration projects. This is a project-based, flat-rate position offering total schedule flexibility for experienced tradesmen, masons, and handymen.
Compensation & Payout Terms:
Flat Rate Per Job:
$150.00 - $600+ per project (determined by job scope, material needs, and complexity).
Payout Schedule:
Direct payouts issued weekly upon job completion and client sign-off.
Workplace Flexibility:
Set your own availability and accept project work that matches your schedule.
Core Projects:
Residential masonry tuckpointing, crown rebuilding, and brick repair. Flue lining installation, damper replacements, and water leak diagnostics. Roof flashing seals and exterior masonry weatherproofing.
Requirements:
2+ years of field experience in masonry, roofing, or general construction. Must supply your own basic hand tools, safety harness, and reliable work truck/transport. Complete comfort working at heights on steep rooflines and extension ladders. Valid Driver's License and active W-9 (or business entity/LLC) for 1099 reporting.
Pay:
$30.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
