JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician with extensive mechanical experience in assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of complex machinery (Gearboxes and Power Take-Offs). Proven ability to follow technical manuals, assembly specifications, and procedural guidelines to ensure precision and quality. Adept at troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working in a team-oriented environment.Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical Schooling in Mechanical Technology a plus
- 2-5 years of mechanical experience in assembly and disassembly.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, technical manuals, and assembly specifications.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to assemble products quickly and accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, calipers, and micrometers to measure assembled components.
- Documents actions by completing production forms; quality forms; and Service Reports.
- Experienced in troubleshooting malfunctions and performing preventative maintenance.
- The ability to speak to customers via telephone or zoom to help resolve any questions or concerns.
- Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment in compliance with regulations.
- Quality focus; detail oriented; common sense judgements; and readiness for decision making.
- Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of Mechanical experience
Schedule & Location:
- Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- Overtime work will be scheduled as required.
Twinsburg, OH Salary & Benefits:
- $ 20.00 - 30.00 an hour depending on experience
- Performance evaluations will be performed on a yearly basis as required.

Vacation:
- One week after first year of service with one additional day for every additional year in service to a maximum of 4 weeks
