Full Job Description Location:
Jenks Service Technician Pay Rate and Hours:
Starting at $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Early Day Shift:
6:00 AM - 3:30 PM This department operates with staggered start times, offering some flexibility on hours
Service Technician Key Responsibilities:
Apply basic knowledge of mechanical elements and systems to support equipment service and maintenance Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues Gather operational data, document findings, and prepare clear written reports to present to internal teams or clients Diagnose and service gear trains, clutches, brakes, and related mechanical components Read and interpret hydraulic schematics to perform diagnostics and maintenance on hydraulic systems Travel to client locations as needed to perform on-site service, inspections, and support Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and findings
Service Technician Qualifications:
Must Have:
Basic to entry-level knowledge of mechanical elements and systems Basic understanding of troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical systems Ability to gather data, write service reports, and present findings Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with gear trains, clutches, brakes, and supporting mechanical components Ability to read hydraulic schematics and perform hydraulic system diagnostics Previous field service or industrial maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills •Safety Sensitive Role•
