Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems. Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software End-user training Provide technical phone support to customers Electronics and mechanical aptitude

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems Typical work hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

LEA Certification Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations Ability to operate hand and power tools Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AXIS, Commend, Bosch, Redscan) Ability to troubleshoot and identify electronic door hardware Basic network troubleshooting

Salary:

$35-50/hr depending on experience
