Service Technicians

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Time management. Represent the company at all times in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers. Install the Gas, Wood and Pellet Stoves and Fireplace products to the highest standards Interact with the office, homeowners, contractors and others to ensure that all requirements are being met while conducting an installation. Be neat in appearance at all times and wear company attire at all times. Maintain a clean, efficient service vehicle and work space at all times (company provided). Regular maintenance on equipment and tools(company provided) Maintain a working knowledge and review the given classes of installed products Ability to maneuver efficiently to properly service various appliances.

Job duties include:

Inspections, fireplace repairs and maintenance, working with a variety of power tools, safety equipment along ladders, documentation of jobs, communicating with clients and sales staff. etc

Ideal Candidate:

Outgoing Customer Service Oriented Able to work outside year round in temperature and weather extremes Ability to work individually and in a team Desire to learn and grow Ability to climb ladders with no fear of heights Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. Ability to work over-time if needed Ability to pass certification exam within 6 months of hire Valid Driver's license with clean driving history Ability to pass an employment offer drug screen and background check High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Construction or Hearth Experience is a plus.
