About the role As a Roofing Technician at Liberty Roofing Pros, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality roofing repairs and services. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values safety, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Your work will directly impact the safety, durability, and appearance of our customers' homes. What you'll do Perform roof inspections, repairs, and related roofing tasks with precision Communicate with customers to understand issues and explain solutions clearly Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times Qualifications Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Customer-focused communication skills Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship The pay range for this role is: 28 - 35 USD per hour(US)
