Job Summary:

The Maintenance Tech responds to service work orders, completes make readies, performs painting and pressure washing duties, grounds keeping and other tasks to assist a Service Manager in the performance of their duties. Qualifications Two years' prior residential maintenance experience required with preference giving to candidates with multi-family maintenance experience. Possession of current, valid driver's license. Familiarity and concern for work-safety program. Willingness to work in other areas (i.e., HVAC, appliance repair, snow removal, etc.). Ability to work on call after hours. Physical Demands Ability to continuously stand or walk. Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, work overhead and lift frequently. Ability to use power tools. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
