Tool Service Technician

Restoring Hilti tools to peak performance with speed, precision, and a commitment to excellence. In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment and maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool. Also, it contributes to the Company's financial success through Cost of Goods Sold control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process. The Tool Service Technician provides best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti's Lifetime Service value proposition. What You'll Bring High School Diploma required. Problem solving skills required. Time management skills. Team player. Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs. Experience using Windows applications is preferred.
