What You'll Do Troubleshoot sewer and drain line blockages and determine the appropriate service solution. Operate augers, drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting systems, and sewer cameras. Conduct sewer camera inspections to evaluate line conditions and identify service needs. Explain recommended repair and service options to customers in a professional manner. Complete service documentation accurately. Keep your assigned company vehicle organized and prepared for daily calls. Take part in scheduled on call and weekend rotations. Support plumbing services, sewer repairs, and excavation projects as needed. Travel to residential and light commercial job sites throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding service area. What You Need At least 3 years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, or plumbing. Hands on experience operating drain cleaning machines and sewer cameras. Experience installing and replacing toilets, as well as repairing or replacing disposals, faucets, and traps, is preferred. Experience using hydro jetting equipment is preferred. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently while providing professional customer service. Ability to lift equipment and perform service work in residential and light commercial environments.
