We are are looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable working with their hands, and interested in learning multiple services as the company grows. Pay & Schedule $25-$30/hour , based on experience and skill level. Part-time / project-based to start, with a clear opportunity for increasingly consistent hours and full-time employment as we grow. Schedule, start times, and jobsites vary, so flexibility is important. Overtime pay after 40 hours What You'll Do Interior and exterior window cleaning Pressure washing and exterior cleaning Gutter and solar panel cleaning Post-construction and specialty cleaning Holiday light installation and removal (seasonal) Work safely from ladders and rooftops Drive a company vehicle between jobsites Learn additional services as the company expands No two weeks look exactly the same. This is a good fit for someone who likes working outdoors, staying active, and learning different hands-on skills. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on rooftops Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and handle extension ladders and field equipment Reliable and flexible with changing jobsites and schedules Professional around residential and commercial customers Willing to learn and take on different types of work Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, gutters, solar, construction, property maintenance, lift work, landscaping, or another hands-on trade is a plus, but we will train the right person. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to work matter more to us than a perfect resume.
Pay:
